Peter and Deborah established Acuity Home Watch in 2017, and are proud of the fact that they are a Member of the National Home Watch Association. Peter and Deborah stress the fact that their company is insured and bonded. They both have passed a background check and have the training to address concerns that may arise during a homeowner’s absence. Acuity Home Watch is a family owned and operated business which means that Peter and Deborah personally care for your home. Their mission is to take care of you home like it is their own. Their motto is, “WE CARE WHEN YOU’RE NOT THERE”.
Both Deborah and Peter have earned the designation of CERTIFIED HOME WATCH PROFESSIONAL from the National Home Watch Association, putting Acuity Home Watch among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designations show Deborah and Peter’s commitment to providing excellent service to their clients.

About Deborah
Co -Owner Deborah Rieback is originally from New Jersey. Deborah has a degree in Education and is a licensed Florida real estate agent. She has owned a home in Florida for the past 35 years and knows the value and importance of maintaining a home especially during the summer months. Deborah has experienced several notable Florida hurricanes, including Andrew, one of Florida’s worst storms.
Deborah has completed the training curriculum and examination based on the NHWA’s Best Practices and has earned the designation of “Certified Home Watch Professional” through the National Home Watch Association (NHWA). Certification lets the public know of a Home Watch professional’s commitment to excellence, by upholding the very highest of standards in the Home Watch industry.
About Peter
Peter is from upstate New York where he earned a degree in Business Administration. In 2005, Peter bought a second home in Hilton Head, South Carolina. He experienced the value of having a home watch professional take care of a second home.
Peter holds a Community Association Management License (CAM) in Florida. He also has earned the designation of “Certified Home Watch Professional” through the National Home Watch Association (NHWA). Certification is achieved through the completion of a training curriculum and examination based on the NHWA’s Best Practices. Certification lets the public know of a Home Watch professional’s commitment to excellence, by upholding the very highest of standards in the Home Watch industry.
